放顶煤工作面过空巷高水材料充填技术研究

Study on the filling technology of high water material in coal working face

摘要: 针对综放工作面过空巷时受到超前支承压力影响,造成空巷内围岩塑性破坏区范围扩大,易引发工作面煤壁片帮和空巷顶板垮塌的问题,采用数值模拟软件,对空巷充填前后的围岩应力分布状况进行分析对比,空巷充填后,巷道围岩应力峰值明显减小,空巷充填改善了围岩受力状况,降低围岩应力值。结合成庄矿3311工作面现场情况,确定高水材料充填施工方案,并进行综放工作面过空巷充填工业性试验。结果表明:工作面通过充填空巷区域期间,工作面两巷道顶板下沉量最大值为146.8mm,底鼓量最大值为195.2mm,左帮鼓出量最大值为49.8mm,右帮鼓出量最大值为82.2mm,巷道变形量不影响工作面正常回采,有力保障工作面过空巷区域的安全。

Abstract: It is influenced by the forward support pressure for the overshoot of the fully mechanized working face,The area of plastic damage zone in the hollow roadway is expanded,Easy to cause coal wall sheet and empty roof collapse problem,Using numerical simulation software,The stress distribution of surrounding rock was analyzed and compared,The stress peak of the surrounding rock of roadway is obviously reduced after the empty alley filling, and the empty lane fill improves the stress state of the surrounding rock and reduces the stress value of the surrounding rock.Based on the scene situation, the filling construction scheme of high water materials was determined and the industrial test of the filling and filling of the fully mechanized face was carried out. Results show that the working face by filling fills up the lane area during the working face roadway roof subsidence of two consecutive a maximum of 146.8 mm, the maximum amount of drum at the bottom of 195.2 mm, drums left for a maximum of 49.8 mm, to help drum right out of the maximum amount of 82.2 mm, roadway deformation does not affect the normal mining working face, the strong to protect the safety of working face through empty lane area.
